Because personalized and engraved items are not stock items, and need to be individually processed, please keep the following in mind: Engraved gift orders generally take 2-3 business days to process, and personalized items (such as embroidery items or candles and favors) about 4-5 business days. Once your order is processed, it is then shipped out. When choosing shipping methods, please keep in mind that the "shipping" times refer to the time your package is in transit once it has been processed, not the time from when you place your order to the time you receive it. We ship weekdays M-F with the exception of major holidays. Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Be sure to provide correct shipping address, including apartment number if applicable. We CAN NOT be responsible for deliveries sent to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by you. In the event a re-delivery is requested due to package needing to be re-routed to a correct address, an additional delivery charge will be incurred. We cannot replace or refund any orders that include the following:
- incorrectly submitted delivery information (by sender),
- delayed delivery due to recipient unavailable to sign for the package when a signature is necessary.
- delivery to the correct address but it is later found out that the recipient had moved.
- If a submitted delivery address is incorrect, all guarantees on delivery, service, and product quality are invalid.
